Where we ship

Polish Pens ships to the United States and to most countries worldwide. Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times

• United States: 7–12 business days after processing. Standard shipping is free on US orders.
• International: 10–20 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak holiday periods, bad weather, or customs checks. Orders may ship in more than one package.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Tracking may take 3–5 business days to show its first update. The carrier's tracking record is used as proof of shipment and delivery.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide and can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it.
